The listed offers are applicable to existing and new Resident HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as 'Cardholders'). Cardholders having both credit and debit cards (hereinafter referred to as 'Card') will be separately eligible on each Card. Add-on credit Cardholders will have separate eligibility under the offer. |

During the period 27 March 2017 to 30 June 2017 (both dates inclusive) (‘Offer Period’), Cardholders can avail of the offers listed below by using their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card across the partners and applying the promo code or presenting the printout of the communication as detailed in the Offer redemption process of the individual offer listing pages of the respective partner (‘Offer’).

The listed offers are applicable only if the full payment is made using a valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card. Transactions where payment (partial or full) is made using any other mode of payment (voucher, other bank cards or e-wallet options) will not be eligible for the offers. |

| 5. |
These offers are available only during the Offer Period and cannot be clubbed with any other promotional schemes, offers or sales that may be conducted at the respective participating merchants, at the same time. |

| 6. |
All offers are subject to availability and are subject to the terms and conditions as specified by the respective participating merchants in addition to the present HSBC terms and conditions. |

| 7. |
The offers are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable.

| 8. |
The offers cannot be availed of during the blackout periods as specified in the respective offers from the merchants. |

| 9. |
Prior to using the HSBC cards on merchant websites or merchant mobile applications, the Cardholder should read and understand the user agreement of the said participating merchant and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and other details online on merchant websites or merchant mobile applications. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website or mobile application, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. The merchants may use the personal information shared by the cardholder for any other purpose (like marketing etc.) and HSBC will not be held liable for such usage of personal information by the merchants. |

All decisions with respect to the offers will be at the sole discretion of the merchant partners and the same will be final and binding. |

HSBC and the Participating Partners reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, these offers by other offers, whether similar or not, or to withdraw them altogether at any point in time, by providing appropriate notice. |

| 12. |
HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, or suitability of the services offered under these offers. Any dispute regarding these aspects in relation to the offers must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to the respective merchants. |

| 13. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offers. |

| 15. |
The offers are subject to force majeure events. |

| 16. |
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder. Local laws and rules apply. |

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these offers will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, will not constitute any claim against HSBC. |

By participating in these offers, the Cardholders will be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions |
