Terms and Conditions

• The Offer is valid on transactions done on Goibibo Web & Mobile application.
• To avail the Offer Customer need to enter coupon code for respective product booking (as shared above) before payment. If coupon code is not entered correctly then Customer will not receive any cash back.
• Cash back could be credited to the customer card account for eligible transactions on or before 30th June, 2016 on a best effort basis. The time line provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
• The Offer can be availed once per product category (Domestic Flight, International Flight, Hotel) per Credit card.
• The Offer will be applicable to all SBI Credit Card members during the offer term.
• All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:00 hrs on 19th April, 2016 till 23:59 hrs on 22nd April, 2016 shall be considered under this Offer.
• Offer valid on SBI Credit card only.
• Dates of Travel/Hotel Stay are completely open.
• The Offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• The Offer is brought to the Customers solely by the Goibibo and SBI Cards.
• It is mandatory for the Customers to pay with a valid SBI Credit card issued in India only to avail the Offer.
• Offer is valid on all Hotels available on Goibibo except those who do not accept any Promo Codes. Such hotels will be marked distinctly with a mention of “Loyalty based Promotion only” message.
• Offer is not valid for transactions made on IVR/Phone with Goibibo Customer Care.
• The Offer is valid 1 per transaction/per Card.
• Offer is valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants.
• Hotels and Flights are subject to availability.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer at Goibibo mobile app and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person/customer.
• SBI Cards hold no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality either of the Offer or of the products/services made available to Customer by Goibibo under the respective Offer.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to Goibibo and that SBI Cards shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to SBI Cards shall be forwarded to Goibibo who shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within reasonable time.
• SBI Cards shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to Goibibo mobile app due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
• The Offer is valid only if the SBI Credit card holders’ account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach SBI before the payment due date.
• SBI Cards shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use or suitability or effectiveness of the Services.
• SBI reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the terms of the Offer during the Term, without assigning any reasons thereof.
• The terms & conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India.
• If the Offer and/or anything to be done by SBI or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of SBI & Goibibo or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of SBI & Goibibo or the other entity/ies, then SBI & Goibibo and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
• SBI & Goibibo reserve the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel or amend/modify/vary any of the terms & conditions of this Offer, without assigning any reasons therefore.
• All of SBI’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
• Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
