1) This promotional offer (“Offer”) is available to the first 1 million HDFC Bank customers who receive a Kindle promotion communication from the bank. Eligible recipients who redeem the promotion credit during the Offer i.e. before 11:59 P.M. (IST) on July 15th, 2016 in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive a 300 INR credit (“promotion credit”) that is redeemable at the Amazon.in Kindle Store towards eligible Kindle eBook titles.
2) Standard terms and conditions, including the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice will be applicable to the Offer.
3) This Offer is only available to Amazon.in customers
(i) located in India,
(ii) that have set India as their current country in their Amazon.in account settings,
(iii) with a billing address in India and
(iv) who have accepted the Amazon.in Kindle Store Terms of Use. Any customer attempting to redeem this Offer from outside of India (or from a device with a non-India IP address) will receive an error message.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
19. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfillment date. Post such date, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
