Good Water Purifier:Tata Swach Viva Silver UV UF 6 L UV UF Water Purifier

Writing review after using this for 3 months
1. Water purification quality is good
2. 6L inner tank takes hardly 10 min to full.
3. Good looking.
4. Customer support is also good.

After used purifier for 2 months, It was taking more than 10 mins to full the tank. I called cutomer care, service engineer came & fix the problem without any cost.

Overall very good & nice water purifier.

Tata Water Purifier .. Reliable

Have been using this filter for a quarter now.
Its nice and Hassle free operation.
NO need to frequently change the filters.
Auto shut off is a good feature.
6 ltrs Storage of water means no need for the power to arrive till you can drink clean water.
Installation is done by the company at no extra charge. ( but they do charge you for parts if you do not have the necessary facility at your place.

Dissapiontment after buying

Buy this water purifier only if you have a water flow with force or else the tata customer care says to install a motor.

Big in size! Required design improvement!

We received viva silver purifier in just two days after giving order. Installation done on next day. Good service by flipkart and Tata.
During installation and after two days leakage problem experienced which sorted out by technician.
It was observed that purifier internal design is not good. Lots of space wasted because of that it is big in size.
Quality of tank joints and other pipes to be improved to avoid leakages.
It is better to install pre-filter for long life of UV-UF.

purchased this for my sister , and as i got the review of the product , which was satisfactory , after a use of 3 weeks , but maybe the actual track record would come after 1 yr or so ,,, say for example the AMC COST or candle changing cost or any other service costs , etc ,,,
OVERALL A GOOD PRODUCT BY THE TRUSTED MAN OF INDIA - TATA !!!
but i doubt about the FLIPKART way of selling products , they use the ECONOMICS POLICY , Demand and supply policy ,,, as soon as i made a payment of the f...

wanted to give a minus one star but wasn't available.. the build quality is pathetic. the fittings are flimsy, looks cheap very cheap plastic. the internal fittings are also low grade.
get a tap filter but not this one.
