Recent UI update killed the ease of use completely. Primary use of a UPI payment app is to send the money, everyone open the App and look for the QR code scanner button it was big and easy to click earlier when it was on the edge of the screen. The current placement of the scan button is tucked in between two other buttons and made it small, which make you click other buttons accidentally. Common sense is lacking in the UI update. 😑

Updated to latest version. Now if we try to scan, it shows portion of previous page, for a second, in the camera/scanning section. Also if we choose to scan without logging in, it prompts to scan again. This is a frequent issue. And it prompts for 'UPI Lite' every time we do transaction. This is a big nuisance. Instead give it in menu to enable or disable that feature. BHIM Dev/tech team should think practically from user angle. Also test it thoroughly before releasing updates. Thanks.

From past 3 months very poor service, unable to scan QR code (shows Error QR code) while same time other apps working good. Also the opening of BHIM taking so much time than other apps. Very poor service now a days. Please don't ask everytime if any user don't want to use elite feature. One, it takes so much time to open. Once open elite page will show with no deny option. It is either choose this now or later. It's so irritating for the user to face this everytime.
