1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India ('HSBC') under an arrangement with Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd ('Snapdeal') and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
2. The offer is applicable to existing and new HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders, excluding corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as 'Cardholders').
3. Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card ('Card') to avail of the offer.
4. 7. Multiple Card transactions adding up to 3,000 during the Offer Period will not be eligible for the offer. However, multiple items adding up to 3,000 included in a single transaction will be eligible for the offer.

10.
